Our Annual School Concert

Concert 2009 Logo Term Four is always an exciting time at Williamstown North Primary School as we hold our annual School Concert. The dates for this year’s Concert are Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th December. The concert will be held in the Williamstown Town Hall. All families are most welcome to attend.  Tickets will go on sale on Monday 26th October. This year families will be able to purchase six tickets spread over the two evenings.  Our School Concert coordinator is Fran McCormick. If you would like to offer some assistance to Fran, please send her an e-mail via the school’s email link on our web page. Likewise, if you are part of a business which would like to sponsor our Concert, your support would be greatly appreciated. Sponsorship helps offset the costs for the production of the Concert evenings. The Concert program for both evenings will be the same. The program will consist of a series of musical/dance items performed by a pair of classes. In addition, our School Choir will perform along with our School Band and our School Guitar Group.  There may also be some special groups who perform an item. During the year many events and activities take place at school.  At the Concert we will highlight photos and video clips from many of these events on a large screen. Some of our children are also preparing short video stories for the evening. Our staff will no doubt come up with a surprise musical number as well.

Regards,

Neil Sproal.

Principal
