The life of Williamstown North Primary School is enriched by the contribution of parents and carers who share in decision making, policy development, social activities, assistance in the classroom, on excursions and in enriching our programs.

School Council & School Council Sub-Committees

The School Council is the governing body of the school and is comprised of parents, carers and staff. Elections are held at the beginning of each year for vacant positions.

Classroom Support

There is plenty of opportunity for classroom involvement at Williamstown North Primary School. We encourage families to be as actively involved in their child’s school life as time permits.  Teachers are always happy to have classroom support and families will receive information about opportunities to support their child’s classroom through the Class Rep program and the school newsletter.

A current Working with Children Card (WWCC) is required to work with our students. To apply for a WWCC, visit:

Our calendar of school and community events is developed in collaboration between school staff and students' families. See the Activities Calendar for currently planned events.
