Welcome to another week at Williamstown North Primary School! As we near the end of the year; staff and students are beginning to celebrate all the learning and fun from this year and planning for transitions into 2024.

150th Birthday Celebration

Next year we celebrate 150 years of Williamtown North Primary School! And we need you!

We are currently putting together a plan to celebrate this milestone throughout the year, and we’d love to get your ideas, thoughts, connections, and stories. We will be celebrating our history, our present, and looking toward our future.

Do you own a local business that would like to support the celebrations/be involved?

Any great ideas to help our school commemorate this milestone?

Would you like to volunteer in a small (or large!) way to help with the events, education, marketing, and commemorative program?

Junior Showcase

You are warmly invited to join us for the 2023 Semester Two showcase which is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the Junior School classes. Please note that it is a gold coin donation per audience member.

Christmas Carols

The students at Williamstown North Primary School are getting ready and excited to perform at our Christmas carols event. We look forward to seeing and celebrating the year with you!

Grade Structure

Teachers have finalised the placement of students into their 2024 grades, and we have also worked with all your requests to create balanced grades and supportive teacher allocations. Please be mindful that as hard as we’ve tried to accommodate these, there is always room for human error and please inform the school if we may have missed anything.

The process of communication will be as follows:

Monday 4th December – Class teachers will have their finalised 2024 grade lists.

Thursday 7th December – Students will come home with information about their 2024 classes.

Reports

Reports will be made available on Compass on Monday Week 11 which is 11th December giving families plenty of time to discuss any concerns and questions with classroom teachers. Please reach out via phone and/or email to book times with teachers for further discussions as needed.
